Single-variety organic extra virgin olive oil from 100% Bianchera olives, grown in certified organic orchards at the northernmost tip of the Adriatic — on the Istrian coast between Pula, the Brioni Islands, and Rovinj in Croatia.

Bianchera is Istria's most characterful native variety — known for its vivid green freshness and the bold, peppery intensity that defines genuinely local Adriatic oils. On the nose, this organic expression delivers clean aromas of fresh grass, artichoke, and tomato vine, with a note of white pepper. On the palate, it opens with bright green fruitiness before giving way to well-structured bitterness and a persistent, distinctly peppery finish — the unmistakable character of Bianchera at its best.

Best enjoyed drizzled over grilled beef, lamb, and roasted vegetables — or used raw over bitter greens and aged cheeses. Its low acidity and high oleic content also make it an outstanding choice for high-heat cooking and grilling.
