3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston is a blend of one-, two-, and three-year-old traditional lambic, all brewed at Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen. Spontaneous fermentation, patient aging in oak barrels, and continuous evolution in the bottle result in a distinctively complex beer. No two bottlings are exactly alike, as there are multiple variables in the blending process, a variety of barrel sizes and shapes, differences in the proportions of old lambic, etc. This cuvée, like all our lambic, is 100% natural, authentic, spontaneously fermented, and crafted with steadfast adherence to tradition, just as Armand and Gaston Debelder always did. This geuze is bottle-fermented and will continue to develop its taste and aromas throughout its long lifespan, provided it is stored properly.
