This is the very first fully organic blend of ‘our’ geuze on large bottles. A true terroir expression of a Cuvée Armand & Gaston! For this blend, we used lambikken originating from four different barrels and eight different brews, all brewed with grains from our Cereal Collective in and around Pajottenland.

More than 60% of the blend is lambik of three years of age and older, next to young lambik. All this renders the weighted average age upon bottling to more than 24 months. About 25% of the cereals are heirloom land races.
