Do I need new gaskets when I install this?
Yes—use new header gaskets at both the engine manifold flange and exhaust pipe connection. Old gaskets compress and won't seal properly a second time around.
Can I drive it right after installation, or does it need time to cure?
You can drive it immediately. Stainless steel doesn't require curing time like some coated headers. Just make sure all fasteners are tight before starting the engine.
Will this require welding or modification to my exhaust system?
The header bolts directly to factory points—no welding needed. Your existing downpipe or mid-pipe will bolt to the collector outlet. Verify fitment with your current exhaust setup before installation.
