Will these fit my factory wheels?

These are M12 x 1.5 thread. If your vehicle originally uses that size, they bolt on directly. If you've upgraded to aftermarket wheels with a different lug pattern or thread size, confirm the wheel spec first — mixing sizes causes safety issues.

Do I need new wheels to use these, or do they work with my current setup?

These nuts work with any wheel that accepts M12 x 1.5 lugs — factory, custom, doesn't matter. The lock feature works independently of wheel design.

What happens if a lock nut gets stuck or stripped?

Aluminum lug nuts can seize if not maintained. Once seated, apply a light coat of anti-seize compound during your next tire rotation to prevent galling. If a nut strips, you'll need a replacement — individual nuts are not included in this set.
