EDITOR'S NOTE

The design of the 4CCCCEES Mellow Moa resulted in the creation of beautiful wrinkles. The desire to create softer and bouncier shoes drove the artist to explore lower-density materials, which presented a challenge: the durability of the material.

Mellow Moa's outsole is divided into two parts: the bottom is sturdy, and the upper part is much softer than usual. The soft part is designed to collapse, absorbing the shock when walking. When structured material softens, it often twists, such as flower petals of whipped cream. The unique ripple design is inspired by the twisting nature of the material.
