HOW TO USE: 

1. Cleanse your skin. Make sure your face is clean and dry, and free of makeup. This allows the light to penetrate more effectively. Some may use a cream with salicylic acid or other beta hydroxy acids (BHAs) in conjunction with your LED therapy mask. BHAs can help treat and prevent acne. Consult your dermatologist or esthetician before doing so.
2. Put on mask. 
3. Adjust straps around head and neck. Connect the power supply and turn on mask. Choose light color. 
4. Relax and enjoy 10-30 minutes and light therapy treatment. 
5. After using the mask, apply your moisturizer and other skincare products. 
6. Use face mask daily for maximum results.
