It bolts to the factory manifold studs, but check your existing downpipe and mid-pipe for compatibility. Some bolt right up; others may need minor adjustment depending on your current exhaust setup.
Does this need ceramic coating or paint before install?
Not required. Stainless resists heat discoloration, but if you want a specific finish, prep and coating can be applied pre-install. Bare stainless will develop a natural patina over time.
