Mulberry Melt is a sensory nod to the untamed sweetness of the Indian forest — fig flesh, sun-warmed mulberries, and a drizzle of jaggery that wraps it all in velvet. It’s built for those who drink with presence.

We roasted this lot intentionally light to preserve its lush fruit texture and subtle spice roundness. The result is structured yet soft, with that rare balance of high sweetness and gentle weight — something we chase in very few coffees each year.

This is not your average light roast.
