Your payment method will be automatically charged on the 2nd of every month.  There is no need to remember to order your box every month, with autopay it is all done for you.

Your Planner Box will be mailed priority mail at calculated USPS rates and ship each month around the 20th.  If the 20th falls on a Thursday/Friday/Saturday or Sunday or a national holiday where the US Postal Service is not active, then your Planner Box will ship the next business day.

If at any time you decide to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the 2nd of each month.  If you cancel on the 1st of the month, then you will not receive the next Planner Box that will ship out that current month.

EXAMPLE:  Sign up on July 3, 2017, your payment will be applied to your credit card or PayPal (however you chose when submitting) on August 2, 2017 and your first Subscription Box will be mailed out to your priority mail on August 20, 2017 for the month of September.

Subscriptions are cancelled either by the customer or if the payment was declined. Otherwise, this subscription is automatic every month.

If you cancel on the 3rd of each month then you will receive the Planner Box on the 20th of that current month but will not need to cancel as this will be your last Planner Box shipped to you.

Billing occurs automatically, so we do not have any control over payments that are submitted if you miss a cancellation deadline.

All boxes are prepared by hand and have special and fun planner goodies and are different every month.
