Château is a zellige mosaic built from hand-cut octagonal pieces with small square accent pieces filling each corner intersection. The classic octagon-and-square format is one of the most enduring floor tile patterns in architectural history, made here entirely by hand in Fez, Morocco.

In Cream and Fez Terra Cotta, the glazed off-white octagonal field pairs with natural, unglazed terracotta square accents. The matte and glossy surfaces read differently in the same light. The contrast is warm and earthy. It works as a floor tile on dry interior floors, including entryways, living areas, and kitchens, and as a wall application on feature walls and fireplace surrounds.

Fez Terra Cotta is unglazed and must be sealed before grouting and use. This colorway is not suitable for shower floors, pool areas, or continuously wet surfaces.

Each tile is hand-cut and kiln-fired in Fez, Morocco. Color, texture, and surface quality vary across the installation. This is a natural quality of authentic handmade zellige.
