Golden Color, Delicate Taste – With mild maple flavor, this syrup is excellent with foods that allow its subtle flavor to be appreciated. Try it over vanilla ice cream.

Dark Color, Robust Taste – With a hearty maple flavor and hints of caramel, this syrup is preferred by some for table use, but its robust flavor makes it best for cooking.
