San Antonio Palopo Morga ---  This tube skirt is a dark indigo blue, medium weight cotton fabric with horizontal red line designs in the weave. I bought the skirt from Sandra in 2009, One of her family hand-embroidered the light and medium green decorative randa cross that holds the panels together  

The cotton skirt material was made on a treadle loom or foot-loom probably inSan Antonio Paloopo area or a neighboring town.  While the color is a beautiful dark indigo blue, it is probably a commercial dye. The dimensions of the skirt is 41" wide (weft)  by 43"x 2" = 86" long (warp). The used skirt is in good condition. Medium weight material.  Weight: 1.4 lbs.
