This beautiful column dress from the 1960s is made with a lightweight woven fabric with metallic and matte threads to give it that gorgeous luster and sheen.  It has a fitted bodice with darts and the front is accentuated with a heavily sequined and beaded trim around the neckline and empire style-line.

The back has darts, a slit at the hemline, and a center back zipper.  

Dress is lined with organza which acts as a stiffening to keep the shape of the column silhouette and for comfort.

This garment is in excellent vintage condition.  This garment does not have a label.

Upon inspection of the garment, I found that the zipper ends high on the hip.  For ease of putting on the garment, lowering the zipper is suggested.
