Use this kit to easily convert to a Daessy mount plate. It includes two separate components, a conversion plate and a quick release base, which you can either order separately or together. The TD I-Series device is not included, and the device owner must have a ConnectIT or Rehadapt mounting system to use this product.

To select the correct kit for your device, you first need to identify your device’s serial number, which can be found on the back of your device, see the last image to the left for reference. The serial number will begin with “TDG13 or TDG16”. If you are unable to see your device’s serial number, you may have to remove the mount plate. If your device’s serial number comes after 210120xxxxxx, it is only compatible with the Daessy Adapter Plate Kit.
