Demeter Ring is made with recycled 925 sterling silver, 24k gold vermeil. Completely handmade and set with two princess-cut green tourmalines. 

Demeter is the Greek goddess of agriculture, and she was worshipped in Mysteries held throughout the Greek world. The most famous of these rituals occurred in Eleusis. In honor of Demeter, harvest and fertility festivals were also celebrated, acknowledging her divine role in ensuring abundant crops and fertile lands. The Eleusinian Mysteries, kept secretive and sacred, were dedicated to Demeter and her daughter Persephone, symbolizing the cyclical nature of life, death, and rebirth. These celebrations held significant importance in ancient Greek religious traditions, highlighting the goddess's vital influence on agricultural prosperity and the earth's bounty.
