From an organic family vineyard on the rolling limestone hills of Spinetoli and Porto d'Ascoli on the Marche's Adriatic coast. No chemicals are used in the vineyard, instead the family work with nature, using traditional techniques to nourish the land and cultivate the Trebbiano, Pecorino, Passerina, Chardonnay and Fiano grapes in this bottle.

Fresh and aromatic with notes of candied lemon, quince and green apple, refreshing acidity and a long finish. Perfect with the delicate flavours of seafood and vegetable dishes.
