This product is age restricted to 18 or over. You will be asked to confirm your age upon delivery. Made from the finest Tempranillo grapes and aged for 12 months in Bordeaux oak barrels. It shows plenty of ripe, dark fruit aromas balanced by the smooth and elegant tannins from the French oak.

Wine of Spain produced by Bodegas Cosme Palacio S.A. located in Laguardia, Rioja Alavesa. Founded in 1894, the family has owned 200 hectares of vineyards focusing on classic Rioja styles. The cooler climate and generous rainfall give the wines trademark freshness and elegance.

Tasting notes indicate ripe dark fruit aromas with smooth and elegant tannins. Produced from selected grapes from vineyards in the Rioja Alavesa microclimate which protects vines from cold winds and intense heat.

Vinification details include destemming followed by long temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine spends at least one year in French oak barrels and a further year in bottle before release.
