The vineyard's 60-year-old vines are nurtured using a range of sustainable practices, including agroforestry, where trees are integrated among the vines to enrich the soil. The farm also adheres to biodynamic principles, such as aligning farming activities with the lunar calendar—an approach supported by studies showing its effectiveness in determining optimal planting and harvest times. These ex-Maury casks are blended with Nc'nean's signature STR red wine and ex-Bourbon casks to create Amy's perfect bottling.
