A lone rock band that was unique in the UK rock scene in the 90s = Spiritualized announced the release of their new album "Everything Was Beautiful". For Corona, some were in lockdown and loneliness, but others thrived in adversity. Jason Pierce said, "It felt as if I was training for life." He referred to his love of isolation. When you reconfigure loneliness into "beautiful solitude," it's not so bad. He walks through an empty "Roman London. There, even the sirens stopped singing, the air was full of birdsong, and there were no airplane clouds. As he strolled with the birdsong, he tried to hear and understand all the music playing in his head. But the mix for this ninth album still didn't quite work out. Jason Pierce played 16 different instruments on this album, and the recording was done in 11 different studios, not just his own home. He also hired over 30 musicians and singers, including his daughter Poppy, longtime collaborator and friend John Coxon, a string/brass section, and the choir/finger bells/chimes of the Whitechapel Bell Foundry. 'There were so many different pieces of information that the slightest movement threw the mix out of balance.But it's important for me to repeat myself over and over again. It is not out of control. Every time I repeat something, I retain the good stuff. People make mistakes, but they also retain any number of those mistakes. This is how one achieves certain things. Eventually you get there." Eventually the mix gets there, and "Everything Was Beautiful" is complete. The final mix arrived and Everything Was Beautiful was completed, the most "live" sounding Spiritualized album since the "Ladies And Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space" live album, "Royal Albert Hall October 10, 1997". The artwork was once again designed by Mark Farrow, and a pill box can be made from the LP artwork. Spiritualized was formed in 1990 by Jason Pearce, a member of the legendary English rugby band Spacemen, and released their debut album "Lazer Guided Melodies" in 1992, followed in 1997 by the classic "Ladies And In 2005, Pierce became seriously ill, but released a revival album, Songs In A&E, in 2008.In September 2018, they released their eighth album, And Nothing Hurt, which is their most recent work to date.
