Plazmaman's 650hp intercooler kit is designed to suit the BA, and BF XR6 turbo models. This kit is designed as a "street series" intercooler kit, which will support up to 650hp. It is recommended for vehicles with the common bolt on upgrades such as exhaust system, air intake, and increased boost pressure on the factory turbocharger. Of course, if this kit is used on a 100% stock vehicle, there will still be a noticeable increase in power. The 650hp kit utilizes the factory crossover piping, and is an extremely easy kit to fit.

There are two core options when purchasing this kit, one being a Bar & Plate core, and the other being our top level Pro series Tube & Fin core. The Bar & Plate style core has been around for 25+ years, and has performed, and continues to perform faultlessly. However, with the introduction of the Tube & Fin core, we have witnessed more efficient cooling properties, with the added advantage of being lighter weight. Even with the slightly smaller physical core dimensions, the Tube & Fin option is still the best bang for buck intercooler.

As this is a street series kit, our hot side piping kit is not included, and the factory rubber hose is retained to the turbocharger. However, our aftermarket hot pipe is highly recommended. Not only does is work effectively with the intercooler kit, but it also allows for greater air flow, and it's aluminium construction won't collapse or flex under boost.

The Intercooler & piping is available in raw, polished or stealth black finish. Silicone hoses are available in blue or black.

• 2.5" cold side piping, from the intercooler to the factory crossover pipe.
