Hardback, 27.5 x21.5 cm, leather covered boards are very worn and delaminating at corners and along hinges. Spine very worn and chipped but traces of gilt decoration and original title label remain. Boards near detached but binding sound. Endpapers and adjacent pages into subscribers’ list and last two plates are foxed, otherwise text is clean though age-toned. Last two plates loose and leading edges creased.

Text is in good to very good condition; while the cover is in a poor state, the binding is good. Excellent potential for rebinding.
