Baron rugs are named for their exceptionally elegant colors and patterns. The material is a smart combination of wool and bamboo silk, and the long fringe is made of cotton. The wool used in these rugs is of very fine quality, and the durability, thanks to the dense knots in the rug, is fantastic. Only two copies of each color and size were made in this design. These hand-knotted rugs are made in India by skilled rug weavers with many years of experience in the craft. The colors are very lightfast, and the dense knots contribute to a high durability of up to 60 years with continuous use in homes or offices.
