“EL PEZ MUERE POR LA BOCA” reflexiona sobre la resiliencia y resistencia de pueblos costeros de Colombia en contextos de narcotráfico y pesca. La línea de playa conecta el mar (o río) con el continente (o tierra firme) donde habitan comunidades anfibias con largas tradiciones de música, baile, peinado, juego y celebración. También de agricultura, gastronomía, turismo, observación de ballenas y naturaleza. Esta paz está permeada por presencia paramilitar, violencia y narcotráfico.

"EL PEZ MUERE POR LA BOCA" is a reflection on the resilience and resistance of Colombia's coastal communities in the face of drug trafficking and fishing. The shoreline connects the sea (or river) to the mainland (or land), home to amphibious communities with long traditions of music, dance, hairstyling, play, and celebration. It also reflects agriculture, gastronomy, tourism, whale watching, and nature. This peace is permeated by the presence of paramilitaries, violence, and drug trafficking.
